Here is my ULTIMATE guide to surviving Summer in Japan (particularly Tokyo) with all my essentials! In this video I hope to offer advice to people moving to Japan who don’t come from an extremely humid, hot climate. I just made the video I wish I could’ve watched when I first moved here. I know the discussion is mostly going to be about how your country is hotter than Japan so I want to add this caveat…I am not saying living in Japan is like living on the surface of the sun. Tokyo gets fairly uncomfortable due to the Urban Heat Island, the humidity and how it never cools down at night…but I’m sure you guys have difficult summers too. I just hope this helps one person out there, so that they can have an easier first Summer in Japan than I did.
